Philo Judaeus, Greek Philosopher20BC-50AD Jewish-Hellenistic philosopher from Alexandria who was educated both in Jewish and Greek tradition. He held that the Jewish God was the basis of all philosophy, and that God was without attributes and so high above everything earthly that intermediate beings had to interact between Man and God.
